Shipping Instructions for Repairs

Please include the following:

• A business card or note inside the box with all of your contact information (name, phone number, email, etc.) Or you can print the form below and enclose it in your package.

• Name and physical address for UPS return shipping (UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes)

• Email address for quick correspondence and UPS tracking updates on return shipment

• Approximate price you paid for the item or the amount of insurance you would like for return shipping

• Description of what you would like repaired (example -bottom piece of dinosaur bone, etc.)

Upon receiving your dinosaur bone ring repair, we will call or email you with an estimate for the cost of repairing the item.  Sometimes you will have options on pieces to repair (fill with epoxy) or replace.  You can then decide how to proceed.  We accept all major credit cards over the phone or we can send you an invoice through PayPal (need your email address).  We accept personal checks but will not ship the repair until the funds have cleared the bank.  Your repair will not be shipped until payment is received in full.

International customers should contact us prior to sending us a repair to confirm shipping costs and customs regulations.  Some countries do not allow jewelry shipments from the USA or have significant customs/duty fees.
